Annual Giving Campaign
Annual Giving Campaign where no child is left behind. We need your support:
Why is the annual giving campaign important? Due to on-going state budget cuts, these co-curricular programs are not covered by public funds. They are only available through generous donations contributed by our Franklin families. Typical fundraisers require tremendous volunteer time and effort and include repeated requests for small donations throughout the year. As Franklin does not require volunteer hours from our parents, volunteering is left to a determined few. The annual giving campaign allows for families to make a onetime contribution per each child attending Franklin. By making this contribution, this helps the PTC to minimize the need for other fundraisers and volunteer help.
Every dollar counts. Our goal is to get 100% participation regardless of the dollar amount donated. We would appreciate contributing what you can afford and welcome contributions beyond the $175.00 per child. In our inaugural year we had a 33% participation rate. Our goal, this year, of 100% participation will help provide the best for our children. Please donate cash, make a check payable to Franklin PTC or donate online at www.franklinptc.com. I
Every child at Franklin Elementary benefits from these programs! Therefore we request each family to contribute to this crucial campaign. Don’t forget to check if your employer has a matching donation program. All contributions are considered tax deductible and a donation receipt will be provided upon request.
